Our mission
Trôofê gives Accra and Abidjan's food scene the digital showcase it deserves: one place to discover a restaurant, understand a dish, book a spot at the festival, and order online.
What we do
A directory of restaurants, chop bars, caterers and culinary artisans; an encyclopedia of West African dishes; a calendar of events and news; and an annual festival that brings this community together in person.
The name Trôofê
Trôofê is a name invented for this project, chosen to sound warm and alive — like a welcome at the table. We're not claiming an old legend: Trôofê was created to become, starting now, the digital home of West African food and culture in Accra and Abidjan.
Where we are
Trôofê is built for Accra and Abidjan, with ambitions to grow into other West African cities.
